Monday to Friday - Early/Lates rotation - 1 in 3 weekends

Job Description
As Transport Supervisor you will be reporting into the Transport Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

Lead and manage a logistics team to ensure efficient operations
Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Manage and optimise logistics resources
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Monitor and report on logistics performance
Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes
Manage relationships with logistics partners and suppliers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Transport Supervisor should have:

Have good knowledge of the Logistics or Transport industry
Experience in a leadership role within the Logistics sector
Knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
Strong team management and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
