declaring spent convictions for lgv and pcv licence

Post by Nasus01 »

Hi all

It’s probably been posted somewhere on this site but can’t seem to find the correct thread.

My question is on the D2 form for both LGV and PCV do you need to declare spent convictions dating back 35 years?

Thanks

Is that not just a medical form.

It would depend on what your convictions were for. Murder, manslaughter, s*x offences and fraud I would guess have to be disclosed.

No nothing as serious as that, Threats to Kill - fined / school yard threat against guy the wife ran off with. That’s it, have had an enhanced DBS when I volunteered for NHS patient transport and was asked about it, but did not bar me from doing patient transport.
So really not sure if I need to put it down.
