Our Rugby group picked 90% of the rubbish up and took it with them 😂 Guess we got lucky!

I had a 3day trip with a rugby team the coach was full of empty bottles cans and other detritus. At the end of the 1st day I started to clean it.

I was told to leave it as they would be making far more rubbish the next days and they would take care of it when they got home. I thought, yer, right.
We got back and every bit of rubbish was picked up and they even mopped it out. Said it was the clubs rules for coach trips. What a decent bunch of blokes.

We now have 4 clubs black listed because they just don’t care. No shits given and if I was the driver I would sweep it all off in their car park (like I used to do with schools years ago) and shout “I’ll leave the lost property here for you. Must be lost property because it wasn’t there before you got on. I don’t want to be a thief and take your stuff”. It does the trick! 😉

I think it's disgusting how people leave vehicle's in that state
They got on a clean vehicle, should respect it,
Shows how they live

Shows the complete lack of respect they have for the coach driver as a working person.

It’s illegal to drink on a coach going to a sporting event. I would have summoned the police and had them removed if they didn’t comply with the law would be less mess and the toilet would have less piss in it animals absolute animals 😢

it’s NOT illegal to have alcohol on a coach, unless it’s a designated sporting event. Put simply, all football matches are designated events, so no issues with rugby…

Black listing only works when it is shared with all other companies. Then only the ones that don't care can have them.

completely agree that it is expected but thats the issue in itself really- cleaning deposit upfront and if it isnt left as it is found, it isnt returned should be standard across the board.

not fair to the cleaners or anyone else except the dirty gits that created it. I am away all year round- so it falls to me every day bar rest days. Even if i didnt, i couldnt in good conscience leave it to the cleaners and just bugger off.

Wouldn’t have allowed it to get that far personally. Alcohol would not have been allowed on!

This is exactly why I started driving wagons instead of coaches. Scruffy bas***ds thinking it’s acceptable to be leaving the coach in this state.

All to common these days,
Company's should take £100 bond and if its left in a state the driver should get the bond tax free, because he has to clean the crap up.
